Armando is the co-founder and member board of directors at Maryland Institute for Security Innovation (MISI), a not for profit and responsible for implementing the U.S. Cyber Command DreamPort Cyber Innovation program.
With years of executive experience in IT, sales, operations management and business strategy leadership across the intelligence community, military, civilian, state and local government and commercial customers, he manages large and complex programs such as IoT/SCADA/ICS Cyber Vulnerability and Compliance for DoD manufacturer industrial base, Google & AWS Elasticsearch analytic and visualization for consumer use of digital media over wireless carrier networks, Unity 3D cyber interactive threat visualization, Tier 1-3 worldwide NOC, CA Clarity implementations for DoD & Intel, Cyber threat SOC operations center, and more.
Armando is an expert at crafting market strategy that aligns with revenue, market penetration and branding goals.
