A Few Words About Me
Bill Curtis is the Executive Director at Consortium for Information and Software Quality. He is an accomplished software executive who implemented numerous productivity, quality, measurement, and process improvement programs.
He has led development of the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and People CMM at the Software Engineering Institute, and measurement standards at CISQ and ISO.
Bill has led several research labs producing software products and empirical research. He has also co-founded process improvement consultancy TeraQuest Metrics, later sold to Borland. Bill has authored 4 books and 200+ articles, and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
